Job summary

Cognizant Consulting in the United States is seeking a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a team delivering production support, development, and platform enhancements for InfoLease and Rapport. You will bridge Asset Finance stakeholders with technology teams to ensure operational needs and strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.

Responsibilities include incident, problem, and change management, testing coordination, release management, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance, or related financial services domains.
• 5+ years supporting InfoLease and/or Rapport (Solifi) platforms.
• Deep understanding of equipment finance lease and loan accounting, origination, servicing, and portfolio workflows.
• Experience configuring, testing, implementing, and enhancing InfoLease and/or Rapport environments.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and communicate to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading requirements gathering sessions, UAT coordination, testing cycles, and business sign-off activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead application support and development activities for InfoLease and Rapport platforms, ensuring stability and continuous improvement.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate needs into technical specs and guide solution delivery.
• Manage incident, problem, and change management processes and ensure SLAs.
• Oversee testing, release management, UAT coordination, and deployment readiness to minimize disruption.
• Lead and mentor a team, driving Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, risk management, and operational reporting.
