Job summary

Cognizant Consulting is seeking a Consulting Manager - Asset Finance to lead a team delivering production support, ongoing development, and platform enhancements across InfoLease and Rapport solutions. You will bridge business stakeholders and tech teams to ensure operational needs and strategic goals are met.

The role emphasizes incident and change management, testing and deployment readiness, and mentoring a competent, cross‑functional team in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Equipment Finance, Leasing, Asset Finance or related financial services domains.
• 5+ years supporting InfoLease and/or Rapport platforms.
• Deep knowledge of equipment finance lease/loan accounting and portfolio workflows.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical specs for non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, UAT, testing, and sign-off activities.
• Strong incident, problem, change management and SLA adherence experience.
• SQL and reporting tools for data investigation and analysis.
• Experience with Agile delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, Jira or Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead application support and development activities for InfoLease and Rapport platforms.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to gather requirements and guide delivery.
• Manage incident, problem, and change processes; escalate production issues per SLAs.
• Oversee testing, release management, and UAT coordination to avoid disruption.
• Lead and mentor a team, driving Agile delivery, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
