Job summary

Morley is hiring ASE-certified auto technicians to support a domestic OEM brand from home. Nevada residents may work remotely after on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan.

You will advise field technicians by phone, chat, and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems. The role offers a balanced schedule, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life, 401(k), PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Training program in Saginaw, Michigan to equip you for home-office support.
• Leverage latest technical data and repair strategies to help field techs.
