Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-certified Auto Technicians for a remote role supporting a domestic OEM. You will be the first line of defense for vehicle repair issues, using your extensive auto tech experience to assist field service techs via phone, chat and email.

The journey starts with initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan, then you’ll work from home. Applicants should have 5+ years in a full-service shop, two ASE certifications, and a strong background in EVs, engines, electrical, or

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications required (or obtained within 6 months with reimbursement).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs.
• Operate from home after initial on-site training in Michigan.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with team guidance.
