Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified Automotive Consultants to transition from traditional garages to a work-from-home role.

You will support field service technicians via phone, chat, and email, covering EV, engine, electrical, and infotainment systems, after completing initial training in Saginaw, Michigan.

This position offers a Monday-Friday schedule from home for Kentucky residents, with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Must have ASE certifications and maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive systems.
• Minimum five years of hands-on experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Strong diagnostic and communication skills for remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert automotive support to field technicians via phone, chat, and email.
• Specialize in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems for domestic vehicles.
• Complete initial training in Saginaw, MI before supporting remote work from home.
