Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-certified auto technicians for a work-from-home support role servicing a domestic OEM brand. You will help field techs with complex repairs by phone, chat and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical and infotainment systems.

Initial on-site training occurs in Saginaw, MI, followed by remote support from Indiana. Morley offers comprehensive benefits, steady pay, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with Morley reimbursement).
• Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems to provide expert help.
• Complete initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan before working from home.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from fellow consultants and leaders.
• Grow and advance within the Morley team.
