Job summary

Morley is hiring ASE-certified auto technicians to support domestic OEM repairs from home, after an initial on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan. The role focuses on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems for field techs via phone, chat and email.

Requires five+ years as a mechanic, ASE certifications, and strong customer service skills. Florida resident will work remotely with a fixed schedule, enjoying comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have strong understanding of automotive engine, electrical, drivetrain and/or infotainment systems.
• Able to use electronic service manuals.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop and ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound and outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Complete an initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan before supporting from home.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from consultants and leaders.
