Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified automotive consultants to support field service technicians from a home office in Wisconsin. You will provide expert assistance on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, and infotainment systems, guiding repairs via calls, chat, and email.

Initial on-site training will be conducted in Saginaw, Michigan. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth within Morley.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.
• Provide expert help on domestic vehicle repairs.
• Start with on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan and support from home thereafter.
