Job summary

IPolarity is seeking an experienced AS400 Technical Lead to guide development on mission-critical IBM i applications in a remote, W2 role. You will provide technical leadership, solution design, estimation, and code reviews, while mentoring development teams and interacting with clients.

Key focus areas include BRE extraction, STTM document preparation, legacy modernization, and reverse engineering across COBOL, RPGLE, CL/CLLE, and DB2/400.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience with AS400 and COBOL mandatory.
• Legacy modernization and BRE experience preferred.
• Experience with IBM i, RPGLE, CL/CLLE, and DB2/400 is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead development on IBM i applications and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide development teams; interact with clients.
• Prepare estimates and contribute to solution design and architecture.
