Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Art Director to lead the creative direction for a new subscription product, delivering premium digital experiences across touchpoints. This is hands-on, fast-paced work requiring strong visual storytelling and production excellence.

You will partner with product, content, marketing, and external partners to scale design systems, drive performance, and inspire teams while maintaining high craft under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional experience in Art Direction, Visual Design, Brand Design, or related disciplines.
• Portfolio showcasing digital design, brand expression, motion design, and asset production.
• Proven experience with mature design systems and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience supporting consumer-facing growth, subscription products, or performance marketing.
• Strong track record delivering large volumes of work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience working with agencies, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and comfort with AI-enhanced design tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute visual direction across subscription-related experiences and marketing channels.
• Create and produce high-quality assets while remaining hands-on throughout the design process.
• Ensure consistency across digital experiences via established design systems.
• Translate creative strategy into scalable visual standards including typography, color, composition, motion.
• Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging tech to enhance quality and production efficiency.
• Partner with Product Design, Content Design, Marketing, and external partners.
• Develop briefs, provide feedback, and align teams around a shared vision.
• Prioritize work, manage timelines, and support testing initiatives.
