You will collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and content creators, reporting to the Creative Director. This is a hands‑on leadership role with emphasis on conceptual thinking, execution, and developing junior talent.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of visual design experience with digital campaigns and video-driven work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high‑impact digital creative across social and video.
• Mentor and lead junior and mid‑level art directors and designers.
• Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, producers, and client teams to ensure creative aligns with briefs.
