You will mentor multidisciplinary teams, champion visual craft across digital and physical touchpoints, and collaborate across design, strategy, and production to deliver campaigns that connect ideas with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an integrated brand creative agency.
• Standout portfolio showcasing exceptional campaign development and brand work.
• Strong creative leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to connect different creative disciplines across design, strategy, client service, and production.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary creative contact for senior clients.
• Lead big-idea conceptual development and brand aesthetics.
• Develop and present high-level visual concepts, moodboards, and treatments.
• Guide client feedback while protecting visual integrity.
• Direct multidisciplinary teams across design, strategy, motion, photography, and production.
• Mentor art directors and visual designers.
• Establish overarching art direction across photography, typography, motion and design.
• Identify opportunities for visual innovation and trends.
• Oversee creative production from concept to final delivery.
• Maintain high standards of craft and client relationships.
• Collaborate with delivery, client service and strategy to shape briefs and stories.
