Responsibilities

Own territory execution across Romania, including account planning, customer coverage, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
Develop long-term customer partnerships and manage senior stakeholder relationships across commercial and technical interfaces.
Identify and structure new business opportunities and convert to revenue.
Lead commercial discussions (pricing, terms) and ensure follow-up.
Coordinate cross-functional resources and ensure delivery of milestones.
Provide market and customer intelligence and translate into actions.
Plan and coordinate local project activities with management and stakeholders.
