Job summary

Prevalent Group is recruiting for an Account Manager/Sales Engineer to drive revenue in a defined territory with remote work from the greater Allentown/Scranton area. You will identify customer needs and provide packaging and industrial automation equipment solutions, including ROI-based selling and formal demonstrations.

You will develop new business via cold calling, networking, and campaigns, while maintaining strong relationships with manufacturers across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience selling industrial capital equipment into manufacturing facilities.
• Experience selling packaging equipment or industrial automation is a plus.
• Ability to develop new business through cold calling and networking.
• Strong communication across all organizational levels; capable of product demonstrations.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and offer equipment solutions for manufacturing applications.
• Drive revenue and customer retention in assigned territory through demonstrations, quotes, and proposals.
• Develop market trends and competitive intelligence with cross-functional teams.
• Build long-term relationships to enable customer retention.
• Conduct revenue-generating activities including business development and ROI-based presentations.
• Prioritize opportunities and improve sales efficiency using sales tools.
