Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across direct and distributor channels for Kollmorgen products in the Mid-Atlantic (NY, PA, NJ, MD). You will develop new OEM and machine-builder relationships, influence purchasing decisions, and expand share on existing designs through solution-based selling and disciplined account planning.

This role requires up to 50% travel and strong collaboration with internal teams, distributors, and customers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or related field preferred; experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• 3+ years of outside technical sales experience; motion control preferred.
• Travel up to 50% is essential.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth across direct and distributor accounts in defined territory (NY, PA, NJ, MD).
• Develop new OEM and machine-builder relationships and champion solution-based sales.
• Influence purchasing decisions at multiple levels and execute disciplined selling processes.
• Collaborate with distributors and internal teams; manage CRM and CRM-proficient funnel.
• Develop and maintain a Key Account Management Plan for strategic accounts.
