The role reports to the Regional Sales Director and oversees the Ocular Sales Specialist team, driving growth, managing budgets, and fostering relationships with key opinion leaders and partners. Remote/field-based with up to 70% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device sales experience, including sales management.
• Experience executing targeted business plans around priorities and goals.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve objectives in assigned areas.
• Develop and manage sales operating expense budgets.
• Lead and evaluate sales performance and recruit/train team members.
