Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster referral source relationships with realtors, builders, and professionals.
• Develop a sales culture and drive team performance toward a growth target.
• Manage the MLO team with production oversight and KPI reporting.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal regulations and bank policies.
