Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare related field.
• 7+ years of sales/clinical experience in the medical device industry.
• 3+ years of disruptive capital equipment sales experience.
• Demonstrated success building and maintaining strong sales.
• Must be able to meet all hospital credentialing requirements, including background checks and immunizations.
• Must be willing to travel more than 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue goals within the defined territory and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Lead clinical and technical product demonstrations and present capital acquisition options.
• Develop and execute quarterly business plans to hit revenue targets.
• Negotiate capital pricing and terms with sales management.
• Support post-sale installation, adoption, and customer success.
• Travel up to 75% of the time and maintain strategic customer relationships.
