Job summary

Garage Beer is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead Indiana and Michigan markets from a remote location. You will partner with distributors to build annual business plans, drive volume, and ensure strong market execution.

This role demands leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to translate marketing into on-the-ground results. You will manage in-market activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel within the footprint as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in beverage, beer, distributor, supplier, or CPG sales
• Proven track record of driving sales growth
• Remote-based role with travel within the footprint and occasional industry events

Responsibilities

• Drive customer and solution-based selling with Distributors
• Develop annual distributor business plans (ABP) with partners
• Bring Garage Beer marketing to life in local markets with distributors
• Analyze target accounts for Garage Beer distribution & display
• Execute chain & independent distribution, features, and displays to drive volume
• Lead in-market activities and supervise the Field Sales Representative
