Job summary

Garage Beer is seeking an Area Sales Manager to oversee Indiana and Michigan, with a remote-first setup requiring residence in Indiana. You will partner with distributors to build annual business plans, execute marketing initiatives locally, and drive volume through targeted accounts and market presence.

You’ll lead the Field Sales Representative, set priorities, and hold the team accountable for execution. Travel within footprint and occasional industry events are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience (3+ years in beverage or CPG sales).
• Proven track record of driving sales growth.
• Ability to identify opportunities from data sources and tell visual stories.

Responsibilities

• Drive distributor collaboration to develop the annual distributor business plan (ABP).
• Bring Garage Beer marketing to life in local markets with distributors.
• Analyze target account lists for distribution and display opportunities.
• Execute chain and independent distribution, displays to drive volume.
