Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to act as the face of the company to our dealer network. The role focuses on increasing funded deals by partnering with suitable dealers, onboarding them, and managing growth within the assigned region.

This full-time position reports to Regional Sales Managers. Candidates must be comfortable working remotely and traveling for dealer visits, with formal training provided to ensure success in the field.

Qualifications

• MS Office Suite proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Previous experience in Financial Services or car dealerships.
• 1–2 years in a challenging sales role with a proven track record.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting and sales techniques.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Present company products and services to management in dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned to you.
• Follow-up on leads and referrals from dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within Independent and Franchise communities.
• Maintain regular communication with dealer partners on programs.
• Train dealers on proper documentation for fast funding.
