Harrow, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Ocular Surface Team in the North Central region (IL, WI, IN, MN). The ASM will lead the sales force, drive revenue, and manage budgets while building key relationships with ophthalmic clinicians and strategic partners.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in pharmaceutical sales with management experience, strong planning and communication skills, and a proven ability to recruit and coach teams to meet territory objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, including sales management experience.
• Experience with execution of targeted business plans around priorities and goals.

• Execute sales plans to achieve objectives in assigned areas.
• Develop and manage sales operating expense budgets.
