Job summary

Harrow is seeking an Area Sales Manager in the North Central region (IL, WI, IN, MN) to lead the Ocular Sales Specialist team and drive sales of the ophthalmic surface portfolio. You will coach field staff, manage expenses, and build strong relationships with key opinion leaders.

This role requires strategic selling, industry knowledge, and a proven track record in pharma or medical devices. The ASM will execute territory plans, forecast sales, and collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical or medical device sales experience, including sales management experience.
• Experience with targeted business plans around priorities and goals.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products; ability to learn additional software as required.
• Strong organization and project management skills.
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
• Strong and thoughtful communication skills, both verbal and written, and leadership ability in a team setting.
• Excellent analytical skills and general business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales plans to achieve objectives in assigned areas.
• Develop and manage sales operating expense budgets.
• Oversee and evaluate sales performance to meet competitive conditions.
• Lead area sales activities and manage resources to deliver profitable growth to the organization.
