Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking an Area Sales Manager 1 in Austin, TX to lead a team of Mortgage Loan Originators. You will drive personal and team production, partner with Fulfillment Operations, and cultivate relationships with referral sources to expand closed volumes.

Qualifications

• Must have 2–4 years residential mortgage sales experience.
• In-depth knowledge of conventional, government, and portfolio guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and foster referral source relationships (realtors, builders, professionals, etc.).
• Develop a sales culture and sales focused environment within team.
• Develop and foster relationships with Financial Center personnel to build business and referrals.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third Mortgage Company's policies and procedures.
