Jobgether is seeking an Area Manager, Pulp & Paper for the West Coast and Southwest, based in the United States. You will lead regional sales and service operations across Oregon, California, and surrounding states, driving profitable growth for pulp and paper customers.

The role combines commercial strategy, team leadership, and operational oversight, with P&L responsibility, remote leadership, and a focus on safety, quality, and environmental outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in specialty chemical sales in the pulp and paper industry with a track record of commercial success.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies, meet revenue and profitability targets, and deliver results.
• Experience leading teams, developing talent, and fostering a performance-driven culture.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs and build trusted long-term partnerships.
• Strong understanding of pulp and paper operations, market dynamics, and value drivers.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to travel regionally.
