Job summary

Poppy Bank seeks an Operations Excellence Manager (OEM) to lead field-based initiatives across a multi-unit portfolio. You will coach General Managers, deploy targeted interventions, and drive rapid operational stabilization while focusing on revenue, occupancy, and guest experience.

This hands-on role requires up to 75% travel, strong P&L sense, and a bias for action. You will partner with DVPs, AMs, and GMs to translate strategy into measurable improvements, ensure brand standards, and develop

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail.
• Proven ability to drive operational improvements and revenue growth across multiple sites.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience.
• English communications proficiency; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into executable field actions with measurable business results.
• Deploy focused, time-bound interventions to stabilize operations and improve financial performance.
• Lead GMs to achieve revenue, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and cost-control targets.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure brand standards, safety, and compliance.
• Support sales growth and GOP improvements through leadership accountability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze guest experience metrics and act on findings.
