The ideal candidate has 5+ years of GM experience, strong financial and operational knowledge, and a hands-on leadership style. Travel across the market is required, with availability for days, nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of successful restaurant GM experience.
• Multi-unit leadership experience preferred.
• Strong financial and operational knowledge.
• Hands-on, people-focused leadership style.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the market and work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop General Managers and restaurant leadership teams.
• Oversee operations, staffing, budgets, P&L performance, labor, and cost controls.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide hands-on operational support.
• Recruit and develop future leaders.
• Support new restaurant openings and company-wide initiatives.
• Ensure consistent execution of service, hospitality, cleanliness, and product standards.
