Job summary

Poppy Bank is seeking an Operations Excellence Manager to lead field-based improvements across a multi-site hospitality portfolio. This hands-on role focuses on stabilizing operations, coaching leaders, and closing operational and financial gaps to drive revenue and guest satisfaction.

Travel up to 75% is required; residency near Denver area recommended; salary range $80,000-$90,000 with full benefits; reports to VP Operations Excellence; exempt, multi-unit leadership experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in hospitality, restaurants, or retail.
• Proven ability to drive operational and financial improvements.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and reside within driving distance to DEN.

Responsibilities

• Translate company strategy into field actions that drive measurable results.
• Deploy time-bound interventions to stabilize operations and improve financial performance.
• Lead General Managers to improve revenue, occupancy, guest satisfaction, and cost control.
• Conduct site visits and audits to ensure standards, safety, and brand guidelines.
• Support training, transition management, and leadership development across properties.
• Lead and manage cross-functional programs at the field level.
