Job summary
Solenis is seeking an Area Manager to join our Ontario, Canada team. You will lead, support, and develop a team of 4–6 sales representatives to achieve sales and gross profit targets while partnering with customers and internal teams.
This remote role requires up to 50% travel and a strong, bilingual business mindset to drive performance and compliance. Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of sales leadership in B2B, a university degree, and fluency in French and English, plus experience with CRM
Qualifications
- University degree and 2–3 years of experience leading a sales team.
- Fully bilingual in French and English; strong relationship-building.
- Experience selling in B2B specialty chemicals is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop a team of 4–6 sales reps to meet sales and profit targets.
- Coach and mentor the team; align with policies and drive efficiency.
- Act as a technical/commercial partner to customers; travel up to 50%.
