Solenis LLC is seeking an Area Manager to lead a Canada Ontario team of 4–6 sales representatives, driving sales, gross profit, and service programs from a home office. Travel up to 50% is expected, with a focus on dairy, brewing, beverage, processed foods, pharma, and meat applications.

The role requires a university or college degree, 2–3 years of sales team leadership, and fluency in French and English. Salesforce, Workday, Tableau, and Office 365 proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• A university or college degree and experience selling in a B2B environment (specialty chemical sales preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience leading or managing a sales team.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and develop a team of roughly 4-6 sales representatives to achieve targeted total sales and gross profit.
• Partner with your team to deliver on district sales goals and budget commitments.
• Coach and mentor others to strengthen commercial, technical, and business capabilities.
