Job summary

Solenis is seeking a hands-on sales leader to drive growth across the Western U.S. and Canada. You will manage a team of Regional Account Managers, develop strategic customer and distributor relationships, and accelerate profitable growth.

Reporting to the North America Sales Director, you will coach, mentor, and coordinate cross-functional efforts to maximize revenue, market share, and value creation. This role is remote with significant travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership, business development, or commercial management experience.
• Experience leading remote sales teams and managing geographically dispersed organizations.
• Proven success driving revenue growth and developing high-performing sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 9-11 Regional Account Managers across the Western U.S. and Canada.
• Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability through regional plans.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Mentor newer sales reps through coaching and field training.
• Drive CRM discipline, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial excellence.
• Support product launches and training initiatives for Solenis solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize customer value and growth.
• Manage regional planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall business performance.
