Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking an experienced sales leader to drive growth across the Western U.S. and Canada. Reporting to the North America Sales Director, this remote leadership role will guide a team of Regional Account Managers while building strategic customer and distributor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in sales leadership, proven revenue growth, and strong coaching skills. Travel up to 60% is required to support customers and team development; Salesforce/CRM experience is

Qualifications

5+ years of sales leadership or commercial management experience.
Experience leading remote teams.
Proven ability to drive revenue growth.
Experience in B2B, distribution, or related industries.
CRM experience with Salesforce is required.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Regional Account Managers across the Western U.S. and Canada.
Drive sales growth, market share, and profitability through regional business plans.
Build relationships with customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
Partner with sales teams to support opportunity development, negotiations, and closing.
Develop and mentor newer sales representatives through coaching and field training.
Drive Salesforce CRM discipline, pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial excellence.
Support product launches and cross-functional collaboration to maximize value.
Manage regional planning, budgeting, forecasting, and overall performance.
