The position requires 5 years of fundraising or related experience, travel 15–20%, and strong communication and public speaking skills to expand partnerships and donations.

Qualifications

• Five years of fundraising, development, customer service or sales experience.
• Demonstrated relationship management success and peer-to-peer fundraising.
• Ability to relate to diverse donors and volunteers and strong communication skills.
• Comfort with travel within the territory and public speaking.

Responsabilités

• Establish and activate fundraising initiatives throughout the area, including events and campaigns.
• Attain and exceed financial and stewardship goals set by leadership.
• Build relationships with volunteers, donors and media partners to raise awareness.
• Develop marketing and recruitment plans for events and engage communities.
• Grow high-value revenue events (e.g., galas, golf tournaments, walks).
• Prepare correspondence and maintain records of contacts and revenues.
