ALSAC/St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is seeking an Advisor - Area Development to join the Pittsburgh, PA team. This remote role focuses on expanding donor and volunteer networks, planning major fundraising initiatives, and representing St. Jude in community settings.

You will recruit partners, manage donor relationships, and collaborate with enterprise teams to raise funds and awareness, including high-value events and radiothons. Remote candidate in the Pittsburgh area preferred.

Qualifications

• 5 years of fundraising or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed revenue goals through donor and volunteer recruitment.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and initiatives.
• Build relationships with donors, volunteers, and community partners.
• Coordinate with enterprise and area teams to maximize impact.
• Travel 15-20% and participate in evening/weekend events.
