Job summary

Sanofi Genzyme is seeking an Area Business Manager to engage Allergists, Otolaryngologists and other key customers in the El Paso/Albuquerque geography, delivering clinically focused messages and driving product goals.

You will collaborate with Medical Science Liaisons, Field Access Specialists and Thought Leaders, develop strategic plans to grow revenue, and lead local speaker programs while ensuring compliant promotion and high integrity.

Qualifications

3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product information.
Ability to travel to meetings/trainings within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Engage Allergy/Immunology/ENT customers within assigned geography and deliver clinically focused messages to drive product goals.
Collaborate with key field-based stakeholders (e.g., Medical Science Liaisons, Market Access, Thought Leader Liaisons) to address customer needs and strategies.
Develop strong relationships with asthma/allergy specialists and other health care personnel to grow territory business.
Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
Maximize budget and participate in industry congresses, regional meetings, and conferences.
Own opportunities within the territory, including large group practices and key targets to drive results.
