Job summary

Brivo, Inc. is seeking an Area Account Manager to drive growth in assigned territories. This outside sales role manages the full sales process from prospecting to close, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, and partnering with dealers.

You will work remotely from Washington with up to 75% travel, building relationships with key decision-makers and demonstrating Brivo’s security solutions to drive new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in security, SaaS, or information security, within a defined territory.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or directly related sales experience.
• Proven direct channel field sales experience (not inside sales).
• Demonstrated track record of prospecting, qualifying, recruiting, and supporting new dealer opportunities.
• Self-confident, energetic, and enthusiastic in a professional manner.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and concisely.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), Google Apps, and other business/AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory; prospect, onboard, cultivate, and grow new dealers.
• Maintain clear communication with inside and field resources to drive sales growth.
• Build understanding of Brivo’s security platform and demonstrate capabilities to prospects.
• Respond to customer requests for information promptly.
• Provide system sales and product training for system integrators.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update Salesforce CRM.
