Job summary

Brivo, a global leader in cloud-based physical security, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth in the Bay Area. You will recruit dealers, build key partnerships, and own the sales cycle from prospect to close while delivering top-tier support.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in physical security sales, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and proven channel sales success. Travel up to 75% is required to engage with clients and events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of physical security sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Channel partner network sales experience.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong understanding of physical security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive Revenue Growth: prospect, recruit, and onboard new dealers while expanding revenue and market share with existing partners.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers, integrators, and end-users.
• Be a Product Expert: master Brivo solutions and integrations, including VMS, IP cameras, and wireless locks.
• Lead the Sales Cycle: manage from prospect to close and consistently meet sales goals.
• Deliver World-Class Support: collaborate with cross-team resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrations & Training: demonstrate hardware/software and train system integrators.
