Hempel is seeking a Neogard Architectural Specialist to act as the technical sales expert in roofing, flooring, and waterproofing for the architect/specifier community. The role focuses on increasing awareness and use of Neogard products within the A/E/C industry, collaborating with Segment Managers and Account Managers to engage key end users.

Must reside in California, Washington, or Oregon, with up to 60% travel and a remote schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in architectural market channels with established relationships with architects and specifiers.
• BS in Construction Management or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or Civil) or equivalent.
• Strong sales and relationship-building experience; excellent negotiation/presentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Maximize long-term specification acceptance by building relationships with key architects and specifiers.
• Prepare/update project specifications in the A/E/C industry when requested.
• Participate in writing master specifications for the firm's library as needed.
• Coordinate master specification divisions knowledge base as part of the team.
• Identify and develop a pipeline of large strategic opportunities and hand off to the sales team for closure.
