Job summary

Hempel is seeking a Neogard Senior Account Manager, Flooring Specialist to drive sales across the West Coast US and Western Canada (CA, AZ, OR, WA, NV, HI, AK). You will manage key stakeholders including contractors, owners, and design professionals, expand relationships, and lead specifications with the A/E community.

You will mentor Neogard Account managers in local territories and share expertise in liquid coating flooring applications while promoting Neogard as the leading choice for

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales in resinous floor coatings or related construction materials.
• Experience working in a jobsite/field environment with resinous flooring.
• Hands-on experience in resinous flooring preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time to meet job requirements.
• Located within the territory geographic area.
• Knowledge of polymeric flooring technology.

Responsibilities

• Use CRM to organize and monitor daily sales activities, follow-ups, and project progress.
• Provide technical knowledge and field assistance to promote Neogard products.
• Establish contact with owners, architects, engineers, and consultants to promote products.
• Cultivate relationships with independent reps, distributors, and contractors.
• Support trade organizations, shows, and committees.
• Deliver presentations and live demonstrations to prospective clients and contractors.
