Job summary

Neogard is seeking a professional responsible for increasing awareness and use of its products within the architect and specifier community. This role serves as the technical sales expert for roofing, flooring, and waterproofing influencers who do not directly purchase products.

You will collaborate with Neogard Segment Managers, Account Managers, and the National Architectural Specialists Manager to identify and engage strategic end users, develop master specifications, and grow long-term

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical or Civil).
• 3+ years in architectural market channels with relationships with architects/specifiers.
• Sales and relationship-building experience; negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to travel 50–60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key architects and specifiers to maximize specification acceptance.
• Prepare/update project specifications for A/E/C industry when requested.
• Contribute to master specification library and coordinate knowledge base.
• Identify and develop a pipeline of strategic opportunities and hand off to sales for closure.
