Allegion is seeking an Architectural Services Consultant – Project Manager to oversee remote project management for door hardware specifications across the North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia territory. The role manages projects from schematic design through construction administration, with a largely remote schedule and occasional on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Assist in developing project scope of services and objectives for door hardware solutions.
• Promote Allegion brands and architectural services.
• Procure project specification opportunities using industry knowledge and network.
• Initiate architectural consulting agreements with firms.
• Collaborate with local project sales teams on specification projects and meetings.
• Maintain awareness of market data and Allegion policies to ensure compliance.
