Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Architectural Services Consultant – Project Manager to drive door hardware specification projects across the North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia regions. The role supports a remote work arrangement with occasional on-site visits and a focus on architectural consulting agreements.

You will manage project lifecycles, collaborate with sales teams, and promote Allegion brands while ensuring scope, budget, and quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Assist in developing project scope of services and objectives with stakeholders.
• Promote Allegion brands and architectural services.
• Procure project specification opportunities using industry knowledge and network.
• Initiate architectural consulting agreements with firms.
• Collaborate with the local project sales team on specifications and meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of market data and adapt to changes in the marketplace.
• Adhere to Allegion policies and procedures.
