Job summary

Allegion seeks an Architectural Services Consultant – Project Manager to drive door hardware specification services with architectural accounts across NC/SC/VA. Remote work is allowed with some on-site visits; travel up to 25% within territory is expected.

You will manage projects from SD through CA, coordinate with stakeholders, promote Allegion brands, and pursue consulting opportunities. A related degree plus 2 years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the territory.
• Basic understanding of security systems integrations and electronic components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Assist in developing project scope of services and objectives with stakeholders.
• Promote Allegion brands and architectural services.
• Procure project specification opportunities using industry knowledge and network.
• Initiate architectural consulting agreements with firms.
• Collaborate with local project sales on specification projects and meetings.
• Maintain awareness of market data and adjust to changes in marketplace.
• Adhere to Allegion policies, guidelines, and procedures.
