Allegion seeks an Architectural Services Consultant to drive door hardware specification services across NC/SC/VA. You will manage projects from schematic design to construction administration, working remotely with occasional on-site visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
• Travel up to 25% within the territory.
• Basic understanding of security systems integrations and electronic components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Candidates in Charlotte, NC; Raleigh, NC; Charleston, SC; Norfolk, VA or Remote NC/SC/VA.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the project lifecycle, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Assist in developing project scope of services and objectives with stakeholders.
• Promote Allegion brands and architectural services.
• Procure project specification opportunities using industry knowledge.
• Initiate architectural consulting agreements with firms.
• Collaborate with local project sales on specification projects and meetings.
• Maintain industry knowledge and adapt to market changes.
• Ensure compliance with Allegion policies and procedures.
