Job summary

Allegion is seeking an Architectural Services Consultant – Project Manager to oversee door hardware projects from schematic design through Construction Administration, with remote work within the NC/SC/VA territory. You’ll promote architectural services and lead cross‑functional teams to ensure scope, schedule and budget alignment.

The role requires 2+ years in PM/architecture/construction, a HS diploma (Bachelor’s preferred), and up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage project lifecycle from SD to CA, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop project scope of services and objectives with stakeholders; ensure technical feasibility of door hardware solutions.
• Promote Allegion brands and architectural services.
• Procure specification opportunities using industry knowledge and network.
• Initiate architectural consulting agreements with firms.
• Collaborate with local project sales on specification projects and meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of market data and adjust to changes in the marketplace.
• Ensure compliance with Allegion policies and procedures.
