Allegion is seeking an Architectural Services Consultant – Project Manager to lead door hardware specification projects across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. The role supports a remote-first structure with occasional on-site visits and travel up to 25% within the territory.

You will coordinate lifecycle stages from schematic design to construction administration, promote Allegion brands, and work with architectural firms to secure consulting opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management, architecture, construction management, or door hardware consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering preferred.

Responsabilités

• Proactively manage the project lifecycle from SD through CA phases, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Develop project scope of services, involving stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility for door hardware solutions.
• Promote Allegion brands and architectural services; procure specification opportunities; initiate architectural consulting agreements.
• Collaborate with local project sales team on specification projects and market meetings; maintain knowledge of market and competitors.
