Job summary

Ore Designs, Inc is seeking an Architectural Sales Engineer to lead landmark projects and drive specification-based sales from design through award. You will coordinate with Architects, landscape architects, and internal teams to ensure our systems are specified as Basis of Design and shepherd projects through bidding cycles.

The role emphasizes long sales cycles, technical credibility, and relationship management with architect-GC-subcontractor networks across the US; remote work is offered

Qualifications

• 5+ years in architectural product sales or related construction product markets.
• Experience navigating the architectural sales evolution and achieving project awards.
• Experience working across the full building lifecycle (design → bid → award).
• Proven ability to lead landmark projects and maintain communication with architectural and GC networks.

Responsibilities

• Influence architects and landscape architects to specify our systems in design documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical guidance on structural attachment, wind uplift, and load performance.
• Collaborate with Estimating and Design Development to develop project-specific system solutions and pricing.
• Manage long-lead projects with 12–24 month cycles and track progress in CRM (NetSuite).
• Build and maintain relationships within the architect–GC–subcontractor triad; deliver Lunch & Learn presentations.
