Job summary

Ore Designs, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Sales Engineer to lead landmark landscape architectural projects, drive specification-based sales, and manage architectural networks from design through final award. This role emphasizes technical credibility and long-term relationship building.

You will work with architects, CAD teams, estimators, and project management to ensure ORE solutions lead the specification process across the US.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in architectural product sales or related construction products.
• Experience navigating the architectural sales evolution from design to award.
• Experience across the full building lifecycle (design → bid → award).
• Proven ability to lead landmark projects and communicate with architectural and GC networks.

Responsibilities

• Influence architects and landscape architects to specify our systems in design documents.
• Coordinate with internal design development, CAD and Estimating teams for pricing.
• Track projects from design development through construction using CRM (NetSuite).
• Build and maintain relationships within the architect–GC–subcontractor triad.
• Deliver Lunch & Learn presentations on ORE products and systems.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
