The candidate will work primarily remote and in the field with some office duties, collaborating with project teams. A BA or higher in a relevant field plus 3-6 years of California experience is required.

Expected salary range is $25.32-$42.26 hourly, with a focus on professional development and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3 - 6 years of related experience in California.
• Familiar with preparing Department of Parks and Recreation Forms (DPR 523- series).
• Photography proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fieldwork for architectural history surveys.
• Draft historic contexts and write reports.
• Collaborate with other historians and project managers.
