Guidehouse is seeking an Archibus Technical Project Manager to support a global IT systems implementation for the Department of State in Arlington, VA, with remote options. You will lead end-to-end Archibus module deployments, define requirements, manage schedules, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive UAT and risk mitigation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience managing technical projects or software implementations.
• Ability to obtain SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and track project schedules and milestones for Archibus modules.
• Develop a global deployment phasing plan and schedule.
• Define and document technical and functional requirements with stakeholders.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test cases, and issue tracking.
• Oversee a multidisciplinary team across business units and technical groups.
• Identify project risks and create mitigation strategies.
• Prepare materials for client meetings and status updates.
